Ich habe heute meinen PC (Windows XP x64 SP2) gestartet und festgestellt, dass der Apache nach dem starten dauerhaft 20-30% CPU-Auslastung verursacht. Ein Aufruf von http://localhost/ ist auch nicht möglich ("Fehler: Verbindung unterbrochen").

In der error.log des Apache steht folgendes:

Das wiederholt sich noch unendlich oft..

Win32DisableAcceptEx steht bereits in der httpd.conf und die C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts schaut auch in Ordnung aus:

[...]
127.0.0.1       localhost

Gestern hatte ich das Problem noch nicht. Ich habe gestern Avira Premium Security Suite installiert, das Problem tritt aber weiterhin auf, wenn ich Firewall + AntiVir Guard deaktiviere.
Hat jemand eine Idee, was die Ursache des Problems sein könnte?

Ich nutze XAMPP und eine Deinstallation + erneute Installation hat nicht geholfen. In der httpd.conf habe ich auch nichts verändert (abgesehen vom Win32DisableAcceptEx-Eintrag).

Es lag anscheinend an der Avira Premium Security Suite. Ich hatte den Apache als Ausnahme hinzugefügt, das hat nich funktioniert.. Ich habe den Avira Kram jetzt deinstalliert und nun läuft der Apache wieder.
